Sous Chef

Seeking a well experienced Sous Chef. You will work closely with the current Executive Chef to insure that quality of recipes are followed, as well as training the staff to perform duties needed to keep this high quality kitchen running well. This will primarily be a day shift position from 8 am to 4pm. However, hours may change. Must be food service certified in Washoe County. Must have full availability. Experience in dough making a plus.

Duties Include, but Not Limited To:

  • Assist Executive Chef

  • Line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating

  • Staff training & management

  • Maintaining cleanliness of all work stations to industry standards

  • Insuring MSDS & compliance with local & federal law

Hours: Full Time / 8-4 with variation

Compensation: TBD/DOE.

Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a handful of individuals to help fill out wait-staff. The ideal candidate has previous industry experience, is 18+, and is able to multitask well in a fast paced environment. 

Duties Include:

  • Opening & Closing

  • Attending to customers in a timely & respecful fashion

  • Serving in compliance with sanitary standards and regulation

  • Ensuring tables & work stations are clean to industry standards

  • Understanding MSDS & compliance with local & federal law

COOKS

We are looking for experienced line cooks. Must have prior grill experience and basic prep knowledge. Must pay attention to detail to follow a recipes to prepare sauces, meats and other menu items. Knowledge of scratch dough mixing is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Understanding of MSDS & compliance with local & federal law. The ideal candidate has previous industry experience, is 18+, and is able to multitask well in a fast paced environment. 

FULL AND PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE - Graveyard shifts available.

Hourly wage DOE + daily tip our from bartenders and waitstaff
